In 2003, I was hired as Director of Business Development by the Hospital Board of Aliquippa Community Hospital. I searched for several weeks to locate their Business Plan which was requested by the Judge overseeing their financial reorganization. It was stored on the laptop of a former executive. Administration no longer had access to "that" laptop. Their Employee Handbook had not been updated in 8 years. The Chief Operating Officer downloaded "similar stuff" from a hospital of similar size.
