Hello.  My name is Michelle and I specialize in Business Communications. I write Business Plans, End of Year Reports, Annual Roports, policies and procedures, employee handbooks and more; if you plan to stay in business, you need some of this stuff.

Business Plans, policies, and employee handbooks should be updated annually as well as when changes in policy and staff occur.  Some businesses do not have staffs large enough to accomplish this; that's where my services help.

True story.  In 2003,  I was hired as Director of Business Development by the Hospital Board of Aliquippa Community Hospital. I searched for several weeks to locate their Business Plan and Employee Handbook.  NO ONE knew where these documents were! The Chief Operating Officer arrived in my office with a pile of paper. He had downloaded "similar stuff" off the internet from a hospital in Colorado and suggested I "white out the name and type ours in".
